Yes, absolutely! Mat/Tower classes are open to all levels including brand new students.

What equipment do you use in the mat/tower classes?

Primarily the mats, tower and some small apparatus.

How often should I attend Pilates to see results?

Once a week is great for many people, and obiously the more you come the quicker the results will be!

What should I wear and bring to my first mat/tower class?

Please wear comfortable, activewear so our instructors can clearly see your body alignment and prov. Just bring a water bottle and grip socks for safety and hygiene on the apparatus.

What results can I expect from consistent practice?
