You should expect 55 minutes of dynamic, controlled, flowing work that builds strength, flexibility, posture, balance, coordination, and mental focus. You should expect to sweat while staying low-impact and joint-friendly. Your workout will traditionally begin on the Reformer or Mat, which is the foundation of your training.
