What equipment do you use in the small group studio classes?
We utilise a suite of authentic apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels, Towers, Mats and various other small apparatus.
How often should I attend small group Pilates to see results?
Once a week is great for many people, and obiously the more you come the quicker the results will be!
What should I wear and bring to my first small group class?
Please wear comfortable, activewear so our instructors can clearly see your body alignment and prov. Just bring a water bottle and grip socks for safety and hygiene on the apparatus.
What physical outcomes can I expect from consistent practice?
